President and CEO
Patrick Jeffers is a top insurance executive, author, and consultant. He is the President and CEO of Senior Advisory (SAG), as well Strategic Director at Seeman Holtz (parent company of SAG). Patrick has trained more than 6,000 advisors on Annuity & Life Products along with his unique protocols, systems, and intellectual property.
Prior to joining the Seeman Holtz Family of Companies, Patrick Jeffers served as President of AmeriLife Annuity Group based in Clearwater, FL, was Founding National Sales Director at Annexus (www.annexus.com) in Scottsdale, AZ, served as Chief Marketing Director of both the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and the Esperti Peterson Institute for High Net-Worth Planning in Denver, CO.
Patrick completed the prestigious three-year, postdoctoral, Masters Program in Wealth Strategies Planning® from the Esperti Peterson Institute in coordination with the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University.
As a co-author, Patrick has written The Objective Guide to Fixed and Indexed Annuities, published by Quantum Press and available at Amazon.com; and Giving: Philanthropy for Everyone, also published by Quantum Press. Patrick’s Co-Authors, Robert Esperti and Renno Peterson have written over 30 bestselling books on estate, tax, business and life insurance planning.

Senior Vice President
Bill joined Senior Advisory Group in January 2013 and serves as the company’s Senior Vice President. He has brought energy, experience, and a unique perspective to the business. He has extensive experience in the insurance and financial services arena in sales, management, and leadership. As an advisor he has expertise in personal, business, and advanced markets and has been a multiple year member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) as well as achieving other company specific sales awards. As a leader he has a track record of recruiting and developing successful insurance and financial professionals and has achieved recognition such as GAMA’s Frontline Leader Award and Prudential’s Presidential Citation. He has also served on multiple insurance company advisory boards. Bill is a former professional baseball player, coach, and scout and currently coaches youth club Baseball. He is also a registered player agent for the Major League Baseball Players Association. He resides in Peoria, AZ with his wife Julie and their two boys Kaden and Nathan.
Regional Vice President - Annuity Division
Jim started his financial services career as a registered representative in 1997. Jim was a very successful advisor but soon realized that he wanted to transition to wholesaling and began a successful career promoting variable annuities for some of the world’s largest insurance companies. In 2007, he switched his focus to fixed indexed annuities. “Variables can still be a great option, but too many people lost nearly 50% of their retirement savings twice since 2000,” says Jim. “I want to help educate agents on the different options that exist that can protect their clients’ nest egg from loss, but still have an opportunity for modest growth.”
Realizing that no single product works for every person, Jim studies each product offered through Senior Advisory Group to come up with the best solution for agents and their clients.
A native of Los Angeles, Jim graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Political Science. He and his wife, Stephany (also a U of A grad) moved to Arizona in 2000. They currently live in Scottsdale with their daughter, Grace.
Regional Vice President - Annuity Division
John Shields is an analytical professional with 16+ years of success in driving sales within multiple sectors including financial services and insurance. Throughout his career, he has been proven to be highly adept in identifying new sales opportunities while establishing communications and relationships with a diverse range of clients. He loves to witness the annuity agents he works with grow and succeed as they implement the tips and information he learned during his years as a successful agent. John spent seven years in the field, focused on selling Annuities, Health Insurance, Supplements, Medicare Supplements and Life insurance. He received numerous awards for exceeding production goals, twice earning Top 40 Agent honors for a major carrier. John has his life and health license in several states. He holds the Certified Annuity Specialist designation.
Recruiter & Marketing Consultant
Geraldine “Gini” Jeffers joined Senior Advisory Group in March 2018, having served as CEO at Advisors Trust for three years prior. She is an internal wholesaler with a focus on recruiting new reps while handling the day-to-day marketing of the firm.
Gini earned her MBA in 2008, attended London School of Economics and is a proud member of the Gordonstoun alumni.
Regional Vice President - Life Insurance
Craig Miera joined Senior Advisory Group in October 2017. Prior to joining SAG he served as the Director of Life Sales at one of leading life focused IMO’s in the country. He brought with him 10+ years of wholesaling, marketing, and selling sophistication. Along with his experience he has brought over 30 plus new life insurance carrier relationships to SAG and many advanced markets contacts.
Craig has seen more than 2000 life insurance cases from start to finish in his time in the business, thus allowing him to spot problems before they arise, and help turn small cases into large opportunities. He has always believed in putting the client and advisor before any carrier agenda which will help ensure you have only the best options for clients to choose from. He prides himself in giving the same level of attention to the smallest term case as he does on a large premium finance case.

Senior Executive Assistant
Ashley is Senior Advisory Group’s Senior Executive Assistant – overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations and executive level communication and reporting. She has been with the company for 4 years, where she started as the Licensing and Contracting Specialist. Originally from Michigan, she relocated to Arizona in 2008 and brings with her extensive experience in Administration and Marketing as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband and two year old son, Mason. She also enjoys being at the lake and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans!
New Business Case Manager
Tiffany is dedicated to handling the new business process and advisor customer service. She manages her caseloads quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Tiffany was born in New Jersey and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona at a young age. She earned her Associate's Degree in Applied Science from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining Senior Advisory Group, Tiffany worked as administrative support in the healthcare industry and has several years of customer service experience. When Tiffany is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling and watching sports.
Licensing & Contracting Specialist
Jessica is Senior Advisory Group’s Licensing and Contracting Specialist. She has been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and is one of the first team members an advisor speaks to when they join the firm. She ensures advisor contracting paperwork, training requirements, state licensing, compliance and any other contracting issues are handled as quickly as possible. In addition to contracting, she also oversees commissions. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, and enjoying movies with friends and family.
